Insurance
If you are seeking to utilize your insurance benefits, you may collect your most current information through the members service number found on the back of your insurance card.

We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield/CareFirst plans. Select providers accept select Cigna plans. Please contact your insurance provider to verify benefits including co-pays and deductibles.

​At your request, we will provide receipts for out-of-network services, or 'Superbills'. Please contact your insurance provider for more information on your out-of-network benefits to learn what you may be reimbursed per session as many may cover a significant portion of your fees. We are happy to work with you to submit your insurance claim for out-of-network reimbursement.

Out-of-Pocket rates may vary depending on your provider. Please contact us for a good faith estimates and more information.
